Family Bonding Time

Believe of Not - Hunter became an uncle at 3 months old. His nephew Nolan was born just a few months after him. I had the pleasure of taking care of this little guy. This was one a few moments that night that he was quiet and happy. Looking forward to these two growing up together.

Valentine Day Crafts and Chocolates

Savannah had a great time painting a Valentine Day picture frame and melting beads. She didn't have the patience to finish the project so mom jumped in. She kept refusing to have mom take any cute pictures of her only by her Aunt Denise. Here are a few of the pictures I manage to get of her.

We watched the winter Olympics opening ceremony on TV. The kids participated in making Valentine Day chocolates, suckers and chocolate covered pretzels. Savannah had a blast! It was a late night for everyone. Needless to say once we came home and I was too tired and didn't have the energy to fight her at bedtime. Apparently after I left the room Savannah managed to go to bed with one of these suckers after I told her not to do that. My stubborn daughter woke up the next morning to a melted chocolate sucker in her hair. It was a huge mess however it washed out easily. It took a couple of washes but life is back to normal.

Cute and Cuddly

One happy baby

Hunter is getting better at sitting up all by himself. A part of me wishes he was more mobile because he lays on his back way too much. On the other hand when he does start crawling I will probably wonder what I was thinking. I should just enjoy these simple moments.

Someone has discovered his own feet and even tries putting them in his mouth.
