Eleven on Thursday

1. Happy 30th Birthday to my two favorite cousins Terri & Kerri. Hope you had a great day!

2. Savannah continues to eat the cat food and play in the cats water dish every day. I hope she grows out of this phase soon. She is so cute when she sticks her tongue out all the time. I will try to get some video clips. She looks so adorable! She is now cutting three new teeth all at the same time. This makes for a total of 4 teeth all in the same month. Wow!!!

3. On Friday night I drove out to Wonder Lake to pick up Sarah from her mother's house. When I drove about half away there I received a call from her stepfather telling me to just turn around and go back home because she was sick. I was totally bummed that I wasted my time and gas.

4. The next day I took Frankie to the mall and he did some window shopping for some new gym shoes. We really didn't find anything in MY price range so we left. He had about $30 burning a hold in his pocket so we went and purchased him an expensive baseball cap. We spent a long time at the mall and I was very tired and more than ready to leave. Frankie is the most undesisive kid that I know.

5. I had to run to the store to pick up a cake mix, ice cream and soda for the family party we were having for Frankie on Sunday.

6. I had to meet Joy halfway to pick up Sarah who was apparently feeling better from her illness. The kids had a Valentine's Day dance at the church. This was Frankie's 1st dance ever and was very excited. Apparently their was carpooling at the church so I ran the kids on over. Frankie told me that he didn't like any girls and wasn't going to ask anyone to dance. He did say however that he would dance with any girl who asked him...you know just being a nice guy. The kids both came back home all smiles and apparently Frankie danced with 17 different girls. He must be popular with the ladies. He was already asking me how often they have church dances. The kids must be adored by many people. I will have to keep a leash on them both.

7. Frank and I celebrated Valentine's Day on Saturday evening. We had reservations at a nice Mexican restaurant and had not waiting. We actually arrived 15 minutes early and had a nice dinner. At one point during the dinner Savannah was choking on a chip that we had given to her. Oops maybe not a great idea after all! She survived the whole ordeal and the waitress even came over to make sure she was ok. Frankie purchased me a dozen long stemmed red roses and a nice card and Sarah got a fancy cupcake. Poor Frankie felt left out.

8. I thought someone stole my daughter tonight. I will share the whole story later.

9. Frank treated me and Frankie out to dinner tonight to a chinese restaurant.

10. We have enjoyed watching the winter olympics. Go USA!!!

11. On Sunday I had decided to drive to church seperately with the kids. I had a presidency meeting and one of the sisters is expecting her 1st baby girl in March. I decided last minute to put together a gift bag for her. We were supposed to have a mini baby shower for her since she was refusing to have a real baby shower. We arrived to church late...oops! After church the Primary president wasn't feeling good and cancelled our meeting. I came back home and made the birthday cake for Frankie and than all the family came over for party #2. We ended up babysitting Sabrina's kids so that they could go out for a date night.
