39 Weeks

Finally!! The day is almost here when we get to meet our special little guy. I have just about had it with being pregnant. This second baby has been more challenging for me. I was spoiled with my1st pregnancy being so easy. I'm looking forward to reclaiming my body back soon. I am still 3 cm dilated and 50 % effaced. A few weeks ago the baby turned all on his own and is no longer in a breech position. I have an induction scheduled for June 17th early in the morning. Leilani and the new baby will both share a birthday and be exactly one year apart. I'm not sure I'm ready for the new baby. I still have things to complete before the baby arrives. I'm not real good with change and can't imagine having two children to wrestle around with. Savannah is super jealous. I'm worried how she will react with having a new baby move into her princess bedroom and taking up all of mom's attention. It will be a big change and I'm nervous about having a baby boy. I have mostly grown up living with all girls. Raising a son is a little intimidating for me.  My parents are leaving tomorrow to drive up to Chicago. My dad will stay for about a week and my mom will stay for a total of two weeks to help out with the new baby.
