Frank worked for two straight months draining out the old pool water, cleaning up leaves and dirt, replacing the liner and spray painting the braces and brackets. He worked hard on hammering down nails, sanding and staining the pool deck. We purchased all new pool equipment and filter. We had to clean up the well water and get the PH levels just right. We were finally able to swim in the pool on Labor Day. The very next day a branch broke off one of our large trees in the backyard and blew over across the pool. Looking up in the tree and seeing exactly where it broke off. We determined it should have landed right over the fire pit. Mother nature blew the branch across the pool damaging one of the brackets and putting a hole in the liner. All of the water drained out of the pool. I filed a claim with State Farm Insurance and it looks like we will be getting a new pool. We just have to price out a new pool and they will cover the costs minus our $1500 deductible. What a crazy summer!
