House Update

We recently found out that the house in Gilberts is currently on hold. The seller went behind everyone's back and filed for bankruptcy without consulting anyone. We are still interested in this property and we will have to try to wait it out. We are checking with the lawyers to get an estimated time frame. We think it will take 4-8 weeks for the seller's bankruptcy to be complete than we will have to re do the paperwork for the foreclosure and put another bid in on the house. We are waiting to see what happens. We may eventually need to move on and find a new house if this one doesn't work out. We have had so many problems finding a quality house without have any issues.
