Few for the Week

1. Frank and I are in the process of purchasing our first home. We outbid eight other people for our house in Elgin. We were very lucky to come away with the win!!! We are in the process of taking out a 203k loan. We are hoping to borrow some money to fix up the house. My parents have agreed to come up when we close on the house and help us move in and do some of the repairs on the house. We received a great deal on the house and the home inspection passed with flying colors.

2. I will be happy when we sign the final papers and get the house remodeled. It will be nice to be settled. The house has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. I love the fact that the kids will all have their own seperate rooms. Yeah!!! It has over 3000 sq feet including a full basement downstairs and a yard for the kids to play outside including a swing set. We have large rooms throughout the house. It includes a kitchen and dinette area, formal dining room, living room, laundry room and a one car garage. The kids will live a mile from the High School and we will be moving back into our old ward. I'm not looking forward to moving out of our current ward in Schaumburg. Our goal is to live in this house until the older children graduate from High School than move closer to my family.

3. Frank went down to Atlanta for the annual WFG retreat. He was gone all week long attending seminars and meetings.

4. I recently had to find a new babysitter for Savannah. The girl was watching her just had too many kids to watch all by herself. Savannah is still trying to adjust to the new sitter and loves playing with her three girls.

5. We practiced the Primary program last Sunday. We have another rehearsal tomorrow night.

6. The weather started getting cooler outside recently.

Mommy called into work today to get the brakes repaired on her car. Savannah and I had a great time together at the park.
