Miss Smartie Pants
Savannah just loves playing with mommies cellphone. She really enjoys playing educational games and kid music videos. Her newest love is forming letters from the alphabet by moving shapes over to form the designated letter. I guess it is like putting a puzzle together. She is very proud of herself in these pictures! She almost knows the entire alphabet, can count to ten, shapes and colors. She really enjoys being read stories.

Ten on Wednesday
1. Frank was released from Primary after only a month and is going into the YM presidency as a second counselor. I'm happy for him but am worried about being left all alone with 6 six year old boys for Sunday School. I hope they call someone in to help me out with this class of very active boys.
2. Last Saturday we held our first team BBQ at our house. The whole event was a huge success and everyone had a great time. We had about 30-35 people over and everyone brought a dish to pass. We played Bocce ball after we ate lunch.
3. Savannah and I went to Septemberfest in Schaumburg. We attended the annual parade and saw some old friends and than went to the carnival. Savannah was tired and fell asleep in the stroller so we headed back home early.
4. Frankie is on the JV football team and Frank went to watch his practice in the afternoon. He had a smaller BBQ that evening with a neighborhood friend.
5. I was finally able to Skype with my parents on Sunday. I haven't been able to talk with him for a month because they ran out of internet minutes.
6. I took the day off today to go to the hospital for my semi annual mammogram. The results came back with a clean bill of health. I can relax again until the next years screening in March.
7. I left Savannah at the babysitters in the afternoon so that I could get some errands done which is always a treat to do alone.
8. The kids are both looking forward to attending Homecoming this year.
9. Frank and I recently had to purchase a new lawnmower since Frank failed to check the oil in the last one and it didn't last very long :(
10. The weather has started to cool off and Fall is near approaching. I'm sad to lose the warm sunny weather.
